The River Sings
This dance is a more abstract modern using shapes, angles and symmetry/asymmetry and opposition. It incorporates these elements with a more tribal feel as well as using some lyrical elements and more classical moves as the music changes mood. The piece also uses partnering concepts and unique formations to enhance the precision of simultaneous movements by a body of dancers.
