A preview of the upcoming Dance Plus documentary on TenduTV featuring Arthur Elsenaar, who is… (more info) finishing his Ph.D. doctorate work in “Artifacial” expressions. This project investigates the possibilities of the computer-controlled human face as a medium for kinetic art. Elsenaar also develops algorithms for facial choreography using small precisely controlled electrical currents to stimulate the facial muscles of a live human person into rendering involuntary expressions.
