This piece is close to my heart due to its representation of female strength and power. In this piece, I tell an underlying story of coming into your own and fully acknowledging the strength we have to continue our own path as confident individuals. Prior to moving to Los Angeles, I always found myself in a safe relationship and only knowing who I am with someone else. After moving to LA, I vowed to take a break from relationships and learn who I truly am as a creative and a human being. I learned to think for myself without someone else's feelings or opinions coming into play. In the three short years that I've lived here, I've never been happier with me and the amount of growth in my self-esteem and career. This piece is a representation of letting go and taking ownership of you.
