Remembrance Ballet

This is an extract from Remembrance ballet, a ballet set in WW2. Rose and Albert are dance partners and lovers. When Albert goes to war and is lost in action Rose goes to the studio to dance away her grief. As she does so Albert visits her as a spirit. They dance one last time and seeing a vision of his death she comforts him. Set to beautiful music from Handel's Ode for St Cecilia, this is the central pas-de-deus from the forthcoming Remembrance ballet. Elena Glurjidze, former Lead Principal is in the main Role with Simon Williams as alert. The dance is choreographed by Wayne Eagling and created by Greg Billingsley. This Extract will be performed at the 'Move it' dance show in London on the 19th March 2016
